Inform Belinda/SIS as soon as possible once the insured has advised of a theft or hi-jacking, providing  her with as much details as possible from the list below:-

1. Vehicle
2. Make
3. Model
4. Colour
5. registration number.
6. VIN number (if you have it)
7. Engine number (if you have it)
8. The police case number (if there is one at this stage)

Belinda will then circulate the information as soon as possible, thereafter your normal process will remain, like obtaining all the documentation, registering the claim and appointing Boyd McIlwrath & Associates to deal with the claim reporting process etc.

Once the claim is registered  please send at your earliest convenience, the completed Unicode sheet  to your claims administrator.

NB Please can we request that you obtain  the keys of the vehicles for stolen, hi-jacked as well as  write off vehicles as this has an influence on the value we obtain for salvage.
