Wesbank write-off procedure #
Client’s must do the following: #
Phone Wesbank call centre on 0861 288 272, and tag vehicle as a write off. This process takes 24 hours
After 24 hours client must phone Wesbank back and obtain settlement letter
Once bank is settled broker must forward proof of payment to client and client must request original natis documentation if it is a Code 2 or request de-registration of
vehicle if Code 3. Client will need a lot of guidance through this process.
Alternatively we can complete the below document as far as possible and send to client with AOL to sign and return and then action ourselves with Wesbank. #
